On the other hand, when at all in the history of our country have you even seen anything handled with thorough efficiency? NO, people are so corrupt they themselves put in charge create irregularities and ineffective system.

If things are handled well in Ghana, there wouldn't be public outcry as often as we see them. Ghanaians are born selfish and very bad. Stop bringing Rawlings' name in it.
