I am calling the attention of the Ghana Police Service and the Criminal Investigation Department Cybercrime Unit to a very disturbing situation online.

An account belonging to Dr Mumbi Seraki constantly posts messages that appear suicidal and dangerous to public safety. These posts are repeated almost every day and could pose a risk to both the individual and the wider public.

I urge the Ghana Police Service and the Criminal Investigation Department Cybercrime Unit to urgently review this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure safety and proper intervention.

Online platforms should not become spaces where harmful or alarming messages continue unchecked. Authorities should please look into this immediately.

I have read the script carefully and I can deduce from it that it is all staged against the man to bring him down and also take a chunk of his money.

According to the writer, the last video is a recording of the divorced wife being beaten, however nothing in the video shows the man beating or assaulting the ex wife. The word used is, BEING beaten, which means the video was recorded at the time the alleged beating was ongoing but nothing like that is in the video.

Another lie detected is where the writer said the ex wife’s mother overheard exchanges from the ex couple’s bedroom and she rushed to the location but her daughter said there was nothing ongoing. However, the witness to the ex wife said he saw the ex husband holding a belt with bruises in the face of the ex wife. These are 2 conflicting statements. The accused’s lawyer will be able to interrogate the witnesses very well. The cross examination will expose the truth.

You can see from the write-up it is all staged against the business mogul just to tarnish his image and scoop a portion whose wealth. The witnesses must be very careful bcs if ascertained they attempted to deceive the courts, they’ll land themselves in jail. This is a criminal matter. There are many loopholes in script and time will tell.

From the comments, you can see most are from the ex wife’s camp. The defence lawyer must ensure the IP addresses are traced as part of their defence.

Lastly, according to one of the witnesses, the ex husband was overheard saying he established the businesses for his mother and siblings. This should tell you he might have registered the businesses and all the wealth in the their names. If that is established, the ex wife’s legal tussle will end in fiasco.
