The late Dominic Frimpong's mother
The mother of Dominic Frimpong, the slain Berekum Chelsea footballer, is struggling to come to terms with the sudden loss of her 20-year-old son, whom she described as the pillar of the household.
Speaking in an interview with Channel One TV on Monday, April 13, 2026, she said Dominic was the family’s main source of support.
Through his football career, he worked tirelessly to provide for them and build a better future.
“He means everything to me. He was my firstborn, and we did almost everything together, including making decisions. He is very respectful and avoids conflict, something anyone can testify to. Although he is grown, he always listens whenever I advise or caution him,” she recounted.
