This our Attorney General is involved in too many Conflict of Interest situations. He shouldn’t have been appointed AG. In future appointing authorities should be mindful of these conflict of interest situations when appointing citizens to strategic positions. It destroys the case of government. In private life as a an Attorney he was handling sensitive cases for his clients against state. There is also the case of Kwabena Duffuor former Governor of BoG and Minister of Finance he just dismissed the case when he was appointed AG. This is not good for GoG and Dominic himself. In this case in reference he has a lot of information of regarding the case of his ex-client that he can pass on to government. He is a human being. This is a big shame to government and the AG himself.

Now, he's our AG. The case has been revived again. Cassius Mining on two occasions was demanding $295 million dollars through an International Arbitration court. The former AG, Dame, won on both cases. Now, Cassius Mining is sueing Ghana for $905.00 million. Let's see what our AG, Dr. Ayine, who was associated with Cassius Mining can do for Ghana. If , I can, remember correctly, the question of the Cassius Mining was put to Dr. Amine during his vetting hearing to become our AG.
