  THIS IS VERY SAD,MAY HE REST IN PEACE,PEOPLE SHOULD NOT ATTEMT TO SWIM WHEN THEY KNOW THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF SWIMMING,THEY NEED TO AVOID THIS!!

  THE GOVERNMENT NEED TO INVEST IN SWIMMING LESSONS FOR KIDS,AND EVEN SPECIAL SWIMMING PROGRAMES FOR ADULTS, TO PAY A SMALL FEE,SHOULD BE WELL ORGANISED BY PROFFESSIONALS WITH EXPERIENCE TO TEACH THEM WELL!!!!!!!!!!
