What happened to "One time Premium Policy"? Ghana has free primary healthcare, but NDC is trying to do "Something" to fool Ghanaians that they have implemented some social policy for Ghanaians.

The other day, did you hear Afenyo-Markin chastising NDC to name one policy they have implemented in Ghana since the 4th republic, and they have nothing to show. That is the reason Mahama is struggling to do something to stop that disgraceful reference from NPP.
