The Governor of the Bank of Ghana, Dr Johnson Pandit Asiama, is hosting a team of experts at a high-level roundtable known as “The Central Bank Bridge: Remit2Invest.”
The event is being held at the Hilton Alexandria in the United States.
The discussions are set to examine practical strategies for turning remittances into investment capital, with a strong focus on innovative approaches to channel diaspora funds into key sectors of Ghana’s economy.
This initiative is part of the central bank’s wider agenda to expand financial inclusion and drive sustainable economic growth by strengthening engagement with the diaspora.
