  Paramedics are using motorcycles and bicycles here in the UK to have quick and easy access to emergency medical situations to administer first- aids. An innovation put in place to save lives. Why can't such a good policy be replicated in Ghana?

  A tricycle can easily turn over when it goes through a pot hole. Harry Sawyerr of PNDC introduced them to Ghana from India. They did not last.

Sometimes people criticise simply because they were not the ones who thought of an idea. How can a sick person be strapped on a tricycle to be taken to hospital? It's not possible, therefore the opposition shouldn't be describing the tricycles as ambulances.
