Ajegipina Zakaria eyes more success after Ampem Darkoa ladies clinch league title 


Ampem Darkoa Ladies forward Ajegipina Zakaria has expressed her excitement and ambition after the club’s victory in the 2025/26 Ghana Women’s Premier League.

The attacker, who also features for the Black Queens, played a key role in her side’s title-winning campaign and is already setting her sights on future silverware.

Speaking after the team secured the championship, Zakaria shared her joy and determination to build on their success.

“I’m very happy, and I know we will win more trophies,” she said confidently.

”l should have done more than that, but there is no time , so would do more next year “.
