  They can not run a business without registering the business. Every business owner must pay tax. It is as simple as that. The law must work. We need to have structure and discipline in our society.

  It’s a step in the right direction, but we can’t stop at tax. The gig economy needs proper regulation such as insurance, SSNIT, and other protections so workers are secured. Rwanda and Kenya are doing this better. They still enjoy a free market, but government steps in to help gig workers grow and stay sustainable.
