In a typical household, both salaries belong to the family/couple. If they have common account, bills will be deducted from the common account. If they have separate accounts, they share the bills so that each pays from their own account. If only one partner earns salary, the income belongs to BOTH of them.

Victims of these scammers have committed suicide after losing everything while their scammers live luxuriously. The crime unit in Ghana must investigate every body who live large but cannot prove the source of their wealth.
