The entire world is being fooled with the practice of "Political Appointment" which I refuse to see it as democratic, because it is a wrongful practice since (1) it creates bias selection without equal rights of citizens or equal opportunity for citizens to serve in top positions in government, (2) it create corruption, (3) it promote incompetence, (4) it promote failure, (5) It opens doors to loot and share, (6) it divides nations, (7) It create threats by allowing foreign intelligence to control a nation, (8) It allow a corrupt president to do too much destruction, (9) It allows winner takes all, (10) it create poverty and hardship due to no competition in leadership to perform efficiently. Apostle was given "A State of The Church Address" covering January 2025 to December 2025. The speech is a report from 210 countries in the world where the church are, because he is the global chairman for the church.
In a report from Ghana, there were a lot of positive report, notably, the stable economy helped the church to spent less than their 2025 budget, and many other positive reports. I wonder why you didn't hear and comment on any of those positive things he said. Even, the speech on illegal mining was to discourage the church members from the act.
However, the period of the report he read was less than one year of NDC government, how could he relate an issue which has been in existence for years to the government which is less than a year in power? How can the church's global report be a political motivated?

This man is a head of a religious group of about 14% of Ghana population, over 5m people, and have a global recognition. We should recognize such people with the respect due to them. Thank you.

A pastor publicly shared the challenges he is facing in his ministry, explaining that because of illegal mining (galamsey), rivers have become so polluted that baptisms can no longer be carried out safely. Instead of addressing the concern, a political figure responded by threatening him. That is deeply disappointing and irresponsible leadership.

Water turbidity and pollution levels are scientific matters that can easily be tested and verified. Rather than intimidating citizens who raise concerns, leaders should engage independent scientists and environmental experts to assess the condition of the rivers so the nation can deal with the facts objectively and work toward real solutions.

When water sources are polluted, the consequences do not affect only one group of Ghanaians — everyone suffers. Clean water is a national issue that should unite us in finding lasting solutions, not divide us through intimidation and politics.

Just eleven mines in Ghana alone are valued at nearly 300 billion—far exceeding what the IMF offers us. And this does not even account for our bauxite, manganese, lithium, iron, cocoa, timber, and other resources.
The record of what the Church has accomplished through tithes over the years proves that we can manage this nation better than these greedy and opportunists and charlatans calling themselves politicians like this woman.
When Rev. Kpikpi proposed that the Church should step in to save Ghana from destruction at the hands of NPP and NDC, it was this same Chairman—whom you now disrespect—who calmed tensions and urged patience, rallying our support behind the current status quo.
How dare you insult such a peaceful and honorable man.
