The new concourse is expected to significantly improve passenger movement between the terminals and reduce congestion at the airport.

According to project details, the facility will include five new passenger boarding bridges, five passenger holding areas, bi-directional travelators, as well as five new escalators and elevators.

It will also feature one VIP lounge, four business lounges, and four new retail and duty-free outlets, among other amenities designed to enhance passenger comfort and convenience.

The project forms part of broader efforts to upgrade airport infrastructure and position Ghana as a leading aviation hub in the sub-region.
