  Lazy ghana government can’t find innovative ways to pursuade citizens to pay taxes. In developed country you feel so happy to pay taxes because they come with lots of benefits which you as an individual cannot afford on your own but you get them freely due to the taxes you pay. But African governments especially Ghana is very corrupt so they steal the taxes and give no incentive to the tax payer.
