  It's simple .we need to create labour intensive industries. Basic industries particularly agrobased industries that would absorb many workers. This would reduce unemployment in the country. Our exports are mainly raw materials especially from the extractive industries which are largely capital intensive. They don't employ many human hands to do the job.

  Economy growth and employment growth I accept in the three D model but wage growth I have problem with it, because growth in wages may not necessarily indicate high purchasing power, if inflation is rising and the exchange rate of the cedi is also rising. I would rather suggest instead of growth in wages, you use growth or enhancement in "purchasing power" as the thirdleg of the model..
