They simply write "STOP WORK" on illegal structures, take monies from illegal developers and allow them to continue. That's what MCEs do. Just see the illegal shops erected on pedestrian walkways in town. And the NRSA is also silent on pedestrians who are forced to walk on the roads as a result being knocked down by vehicles. As for Ghana, we're finished as a nation
