  hello sir, why don't you tell government what to do to make the policy good. What is wrong with Ghanaians? No matter what policies is brought forward we always want an easy way out. These multinationals are enriching themselves at the expense of the country and you are saying all this nonsense. The great thing to do here is to see how organized labor under your leadership can find ways to mobilize resources to own one of this mines through share holdings by setting a side certain little contribution from members . in this way you can then put in place the so call superior policy which we can alllearn from.

  Did you read at all or you failed to understood what you read.The guy spelt out their concerns and what needs to be done in the long term.Mind you if local contractors were good I don't think they will complain.I can't imagine a colleague with one of the foreign contractors here but currently posted to one of west Africa countries being called back home because his company has lost the contract in Ghana.it pain am because the era of chopping free dollars and sleeping in nice hotels when travelling to or from his work place as an expact will be over.Too bad
