  I have monitored for years the Ghana Police highest title the Inspector General of Police (IGP). It's time for reforms of the IGP title to be named Commissioner General of Police (CGP).
  Why so one may ask?
  To me the highest hierarchy in the Ghana Police Service is Commissioner of Police (COP). Therefore the top title above COP should be Commissioner General of Police (CGP) but not IGP.
