GhanaWeb’s mother company, Superweb Technologies Limited, has formalised a new exclusive travel partnership with Full Circle Streamline Travel, setting out a collaborative framework to develop and promote travel-related content and services in Ghana.
The initiative is driven by internationally recognised actor and entrepreneur Boris Kodjoe, who is the brain behind FCST.
As part of the rollout, Kodjoe has already engaged the GhanaWeb team in person, marking the official start of the partnership and signalling a hands-on approach to its implementation.
Under the agreement, which runs from December 18, 2025, to December 31, 2027, both parties commit to working exclusively with each other within Ghana for travel-related services covered by the partnership.
The partnership will centre on the creation and promotion of a travel platform, with FCST responsible for delivering travel content, packages, and destination services, while GhanaWeb provides the digital platform, visibility, and media reach.
Each party will independently cover its own marketing and promotional costs.
GhanaWeb will design and manage the Travel & Explore microsite and promote it across its channels, while FCST will curate travel experiences and manage related content in collaboration with GhanaWeb’s teams.
Both organisations are also expected to jointly promote the platform and support co-branded campaigns and initiatives.
The agreement further outlines a shared revenue structure, with both parties entitled to equal portions of income generated from travel packages, sponsorships, and related activities under the partnership.
Overall, the deal establishes a structured collaboration aimed at expanding travel and tourism offerings, starting in Ghana, with plans to extend to other African markets.
