As a result, its practical implementation is becoming more difficult and impossible. This policy requires availability of other auxiliary services, like the police, electricity etc. No country runs a 24 hour economy from government. It is a demand /supply situation. Even in advanced jurisdictions, it is not a state run initiative. Pratt, you have been deceived. Ask your daughter for more information

We are a Developing Nation.
