Somebody should tell him the concept dubbed ORAL was conceived and introduced by JM to identify wrongdoers who have stolen public funds one way or the other which led to the public's engagement to report same to the ORAL office formed.

People presented petitions to the office and those that warranted further scrutiny was done by the AG for onward prosecution. The ORAL exercise is not binding and doesn't need any legal backing because ORAL is not a prosecutorial body so established.

I'm not a lawyer but this is commonsense!! The people of Suame should vote this rubble rouser out of office. He's hollow and inept!!!
