Yes. The rogues at the GFA who also double as club owners want to market their players as well as receive FIFA cash payment made to clubs whose players are part of the WC squad.
He is right. But the quota proposition also has some merit. Can the team management find a good balance between Asamoah Gyan's and the quota idea?
