A magistrate court at Twifo Praso has convicted four teachers for their involvements in examination malpractices during the recently concluded Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).
According to a report sighted by GhanaWeb, the presiding judge, Cephas Atidzoe, fined each of the four individuals GH¢3,000.
The report further stated that one of the accused, identified as David Kwabena Mensah, was charged with leaking BECE examination questions by photographing the paper and circulating it on WhatsApp platforms.

Another accused, Ruth Ampah, was charged with assisting candidates by dictating answers to them during the examination.
The two others, Millicent Marfor and Kennedy Anokye, reportedly conspired to unlawfully possess examination materials at the Twifo Praso Senior High School examination centre.
