EVEN IF A PATIENT IS LUCKY TO GET A PRIVATE SCANNING FACILITY OUTSIDE THE HOSPITAL, THE NEXT PROBLEM IS HOW TO GET AN AMBULANCE DRIVER TO OFFER A RIDE TO THE DYING PATIENT TO THE PRIVATE SCANNING FACILITY OUTSIDE THE HOSPITAL.

IT IS BECAUSE THE PATIENT HAVE TO BUY PETROL OR FUEL THE AMBULANCE BEFORE S/HE COULD BE DRIVEN TO GET TO THE MRI- OR CT SCANNING FACILITY FOR TO BE SCANNED.

Some of them have asylum papers which have expired many years ago. Some even don't have passports. At the airports immigration officials need proper documents before u are allowed to board the plane. Otherwise some people who not Ghanaians can take advantage. Things are done in a proper way. It's not like boarding a plane from Accra to Kumasi. Even that one needs documents
