When Ghanaian lives are in danger with some unable to go to work while others take evasive actions/hide from the SA vigilante groups where do you suggest the government of Ghana is to have that secret meeting for "diligent consultation" you haphazardly and ignorantly suggest?

What is a global issue no country talks about is the passage of laws at the UN that makes it a criminal offense for anyone (particularly wannabe employers looking first domestic workers) in any nation to keep the passport and travel documents of anyone as warranty for work or servitude.

The matter is that our governments in West Africa has not been supportive to their farmers with loans and inputs, which Zimbabwe government was granting to its farmers.
There are also at times that a Ghanaian feels ashamed to do in Ghana, but will do the same job in South Africa because people around don't know him.
