Look, even in Europe where the economy is good, obs are available and at worst the state 'pumps' in case you are unemployed (or NEVER WORKED BEFORE), there's much more armed robbery than in Ghana - with 100% certainty.

Meanwhile, is it practically possible for govt to provide ob for every person? Hell NO. It was only in the socialists republics that govt provided jobs for all, but naturally salaries were horribly low. In a capitalist state like Ghana, govt cannot provide obs for more than a tenth of the population. Govt can only be business friendly so that more companies could employ citizens.

Normally, it is only when the police has published the images under WANTED that others will dare publish. If they have been arrested as SUSPECTS, it will be financially ruining to publish their images.
