For example, in the olden days, people from Northern Ghana and Southern Upper Volta (Bourkina) freely moved to and from each others territories without thinking about nationality. The only thing they knew were their tribe, languages and clans. Even a lot of them spoke multiple similar languages and shared similar cultures, and they existed and thrived for ages. So, it is possible.

I agree government can not employ every person in this country. However, with a national policy in place and in collaboration with private sector businesses and companies the unemployment rate in this country for the past 65 years could be reduced by 60% in this country.
However due to the corrupt practices of politicians, public officials among others, we found ourselves as a country in this situation and still unable to find any better solutions to the problem of unemployment in this country. It is time for the Ghanaian people to challenge government of today and future to start doing something convincing about unemployment in this country.
