Ghana government need to control the cocoa business in Ghana also banned the foreigners in processing cocoa beans into powered form Only Ghana government can produce cocoa products
Hope there is also a plan to save the pension fund money if cocoa prices crash... assume worst case scenario when dealing with pension fund money... how will the funds be retired to source with interest...
