Why would he, Kofi Bentil, sue someone or anyone since he, Kofi Bentil is one of those Ghanaians who are convinced and believe that individual freedom of speech right do not and cannot have constraints.

For freedom of speech to be truly free one cannot be sued civily or criminally, by all the logic put out by advocates, since there is not and cannot be a unitary and settled belief standard or measure.

If Kofi Bentil and cohorts believe that freedom of speech and expression covers speech by a person who solicit help with the death of the president and family then why would a lie on Kofi Bentil, by accident or design, topple the act of ending the life of a person?
