They've to look for the insensitive and wicked contractor who put up the building. My sympathise, goes to the bereaved family .
We must refrain from rushing of putting up a storey building and enough cements with correct sizes of iron rods must be used

Poor workmanship plus inferior materials caused the collapse of the building. The man should take heart and make every effort to recover from the damage and loss he has experienced. His children need him now more than before.
