Bishop Daniel Obinim is founder and leader of the International God's Way Church
Founder and leader of the International God's Way Church, Bishop Daniel Obinim, has disclosed that he is relocating to a newly acquired $400,000 house in Trassaco, citing ongoing difficulties in his marriage.
According to a video shared by THE STATE NEWS on X on June 12, 2026, he disclosed that he will relocate to the new house he has bought at Trasacco Estates.
He added that while he has no intention of divorcing his wife, he needs separate living arrangements to find some peace of mind.

He also stressed that he will not be taking the children with him, but will leave them in the care of their mother and family.
"As I speak with you, just yesterday I purchased a house at Trasacco for $400,000. I can swear with an oath in this auditorium that I will never divorce, but I want to stay away for my own peace of mind. That is why I searched and secured a new place for myself. You may wonder about the children; I will leave them with my wife and family so that I can have the space I need," he stated.
Meanwhile, Bishop Obinim has recently excluded his wife from his funeral arrangements, instructing that his children and church members handle his burial instead.
