The listing pushed Musk's estimated net worth beyond the $1 trillion mark
Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk has become the world's first trillionaire following the historic stock market debut of his aerospace company, SpaceX.
The landmark achievement comes after SpaceX launched what has been described as the largest initial public offering (IPO) in history, raising approximately $75 billion and achieving a market valuation of about $1.77 trillion.
The listing pushed Musk's estimated net worth beyond the $1 trillion mark, making him the first individual in modern history to attain such wealth.

Musk's fortune is largely derived from his holdings in SpaceX, as well as stakes in electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla and several other technology ventures.
Reuters reported that his net worth has now risen to more than $1.1 trillion following the public listing of SpaceX.
Founded in 2002, SpaceX has grown from a startup focused on commercial space launches into one of the world's most valuable technology and aerospace companies. The company is known for pioneering reusable rocket technology, operating the Starlink satellite internet network, and partnering with NASA on several space missions.
The company's stock market debut attracted enormous investor interest, with demand reportedly exceeding the number of shares available.
Additionally, investors are betting on the future growth potential of SpaceX's space exploration, satellite communications, artificial intelligence and related technologies.
Musk, who already held the title of the world's richest person before the listing, described SpaceX's long-term mission as making humanity a multi-planetary species, with ambitions to establish human settlements beyond Earth.
