A young boy has recounted how he bravely forced his way into his locked family home and removed a gas cylinder after noticing smoke billowing from inside, potentially preventing a serious fire or explosion.
In a video shared on X by Sika Official on June 13, 2026, the boy explained that he had gone to pick up his younger sister from school when he arrived home to find the gate locked and smoke coming from the house.

Realising the danger, he jumped over the wall, broke a glass window using a stick, and managed to enter the house.
“I jumped the wall, and I used a stick to smash the glass window, and I brought out a gas cylinder,” he narrated.
His quick actions reportedly helped avert what could have been a devastating gas-related fire outbreak at the home.
