Three injured as heavy-duty truck suffers brake failure and crashes into multiple vehicles

A heavy-duty truck reportedly suffered brake failure on June 24, 2026, at Kanda Mobile in the Greater Accra Region, crashing into multiple vehicles and causing extensive damage.

According to a report by Metro TV, the accident resulted in three people sustaining severe injuries.

In a video shared on social media, several damaged vehicles could be seen at the scene, showing the extent of destruction caused by the crash.

The video was accompanied by the caption, “The accident is reported to have occurred due to a brake failure, causing the truck to crash into several vehicles and leaving three people injured.”

Meanwhile, the police is yet to conduct investigations to establish the exact circumstances that led to the crash.
