Three senior executives of the Ghana Real Estate Professionals Association (GREPA) have participated in the 2026 REALTORS Legislative Meetings organised by the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) in Washington, D.C., marking a significant step in Ghana's engagement with the global real estate community.

The GREPA delegation comprised Lady Vicky Sampah, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GREPA; Nana Noi, Board Member; and Patrick Moore, GREPA's Liaison to NAR.

On the sidelines of the event, the GREPA executives also engaged with David Antwi, Chief Executive Officer of GhanaWeb, who was present at the meetings in his capacity as a media professional.

The encounter provided an opportunity to highlight Ghana's real estate sector to one of the country's most prominent digital media platforms.

The NAR Legislative Meetings are one of the most significant annual gatherings of real estate professionals, industry leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders from across the United States and beyond, providing a platform for discussions on housing policy, property rights, professional standards, and market trends.

During the meetings, the GREPA delegation participated in educational sessions, committee meetings, networking engagements, and policy discussions aimed at strengthening professional practice and advancing the interests of the real estate sector.

The delegation also explored opportunities for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and institutional partnerships that could benefit Ghana's growing real estate industry.

Speaking on the significance of the participation, Lady Vicky Sampah said GREPA remains committed to exposing its members to global best practices and fostering strategic relationships that will drive the professionalisation of Ghana's real estate sector.

"Our participation in the NAR Legislative Meetings reflects GREPA's dedication to learning from global experiences, promoting high professional standards, and building partnerships that can create value for real estate practitioners and consumers alike," she stated.

GREPA said insights gained from the meetings will contribute to ongoing efforts to strengthen professionalism, transparency, ethical practice, and advocacy within Ghana's real estate industry.
