Efe Amissah-Arthur, the mother of late former Vice President Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur, has been captured in a viral video offering prayers for President John Dramani Mahama and a delegation led by Ekow Panyin Okyere Eduamoah during a courtesy visit to her residence in Cape Coast.

In a video shared on X by Ask Media on July 3, 2026, Efe Amissah-Arthur warmly received the president and his entourage before offering prayers for their well-being and leadership.

During the visit, she recalled President Mahama's early years in government, recalling when he served under the administration of the late former President Jerry John Rawlings.

“I pray for God's guidance, protection, wisdom and blessings upon President Mahama and the delegation here today. May the Almighty God grant you divine strength, wisdom and direction in the discharge of your duties,” she said.

The delegation, led by Central Regional Minister Ekow Panyin Okyere Eduamoah, paid the courtesy call as part of engagements in the region.

The visit was marked by a warm exchange, with Efe Amissah-Arthur's prayers underscoring her hopes for God's continued guidance and favour for the country's leadership.
