Emile Heskey and Chantelle Tagoe
Former England and Liverpool striker Emile Heskey has reportedly split from his English-Ghanaian wife, Chantelle Tagoe.
The couple is set to divorce after 12 years of marriage. Heskey and Chantelle have three children together: two boys and a girl. The boys are already carving their own path in football, with both playing for the youth sides of Manchester City.
The news of the split between the ex-footballer and his wife became public after Heskey was tagged in photos on social media by his new partner, Jade Slusarczyk, who happens to be the ex-partner of snooker legend Jimmy White.
In an Instagram post, Jade wrote: "Great night with Heskey," adding love emojis.
The new lovebirds were also spotted together on the red carpet at the Ricky Hatton tribute event in Manchester last month.
Although the divorce between Heskey and Chantelle has yet to be made public, the 48-year-old England World Cup star appears to have moved on.
Meanwhile, Tagoe and Heskey first met 20 years ago when she worked as a waitress in Liverpool and later tied the knot in 2014.
Their sons, Jaden and Reigan, made their Manchester City senior debuts last season in the Carabao Cup victory over Huddersfield Town.
Heskey hung up his boots in 2016 after scoring 110 goals in 516 Premier League appearances.
