It has emerged that the late Apostle Kwadwo Safo Kantanka has allegedly allocated 50% of his 60% shares in all his companies, along with cash, to individuals believed to be his house helps before his passing.
According to a report by Accra-based OKAY FM journalist Nana Kwame Tikese, who read what is believed to be a leaked will on his morning show on July 8, 2026, the Apostle stated that he had bequeathed much of his property to his house helps in recognition of the support they provided during his lifetime.
In the document, he is said to have directed that any money found in his possession at the time of his death should be handed over to his domestic staff.

He emphasised that this money should be shared equally among them.
“I give and bequeath any amount of money found on me, in my safe or anywhere in my house or dwelling place belonging to me upon my death to the following persons listed hereunder, and they shall share it equally," he said.
The will further explained that this gesture was not merely financial but a token of gratitude for their years of service.
He stated that the inheritance was meant to honour the dedication of his house helps.
Kantanka also noted in the document that he was willing the money and properties to his house helps "in appreciation of the domestic services rendered to me during my lifetime."
But what exactly are the domestic services that called for this gesture?
Tikese, while reading the alleged will, also revealed that the Apostle provided detailed reasons for granting them shares in his estates.
He cited daily tasks they performed, from preparing meals to maintaining his household, as the foundation of his decision.
“And I give the shares to them equally in appreciation of the kind of domestic services rendered to me over the years they served me.
“For preparing and serving my breakfast, lunch, and supper and washing my clothing and ironing them for me and warming water for me to bath and sweeping and tidying up my immediate environment.
"...And they shall share the dividends accruing to the shares equally, provided the beneficiary continues lifetime entitlement to the shares,” he added.
