A mother of six boys, Yaa Agyapomaa from Offinso in the Ashanti Region, is pleading with her husband, Kwadwo Agyeman, to forgive her so she can regain her health after allegedly cursing him over claims of infidelity.
The couple, who have been married for 24 years, appeared on Lawson TV's Lawson Afisem, a programme that discusses domestic and family issues, on July 10, 2026.
The dispute centres on Yaa Agyapomaa, who allegedly placed a curse on her husband after accusing him of cheating on her and neglecting his responsibilities as a husband and father.
She now claims the curse has turned against her, leaving her seriously ill.
According to her, she has been suffering for more than one and a half years and believes she is dying slowly.
She is therefore appealing to the public to help plead with her husband to forgive her, saying his forgiveness is the only way she can receive healing.
"I have been sick for more than one and a half years now since I cursed him to die," she said.
"I was living with my husband when I cursed him to die but now I am the one dying. He was not giving me money to take care of the children, yet I saw him giving money to another woman in our house.
“When I confronted him, he told me that if I could not continue with the marriage, I should return to my family's house because he no longer loved me. Out of pain, I went to Antoa and cursed him."
"I have begged him for forgiveness through our children and other family members but he is still unwilling to forgive me. I am suffering so much because the water spirit is hunting me."
She further revealed that she has spent all her money seeking medical treatment. However, she said doctors informed her that they could not find any illness in her body.
According to her, she later sought spiritual help from a pastor, who allegedly told her that her condition was a consequence of the curse she had placed on her husband.

Responding to the allegations on the programme, Kwadwo Agyeman denied having an affair.
"There was a woman in our house who was simply talking to me. When my wife saw us, she accused the woman of having an affair with me and eventually cursed her. I told the woman not to worry because we both knew nothing was going on between us."
He added, "Since then, we have tried every possible means to resolve the issue but she still believes the curse remains on her."
