Mario Balotelli and his younger brother, Enoch Barwuah, are set to fulfil a lifelong dream after becoming teammates for the first time in their professional careers at Al Ittifaq.

The historic reunion follows Enoch's arrival at the club on July 13, 2026, where he joins his elder brother, who signed for Al Ittifaq ahead of the 2025/26 season after leaving Italian side Genoa.

Balotelli made an immediate impact following his move, reminding fans of his renowned goalscoring ability by netting six goals in just six appearances.

His impressive form helped establish him as one of the club's key attacking players, and he will now have the opportunity to share the dressing room with his younger sibling.

Although both brothers have carved out football careers over the years, they have never represented the same club at senior level.

Their move to Al Ittifaq therefore marks a special moment for the Barwuah family, with the pair finally getting the chance to play alongside each other in competitive football.

Mario, now one of football's most recognisable figures, has enjoyed a career that has taken him across Italy, England, France, Turkey and Switzerland, representing clubs including Inter Milan, Manchester City, AC Milan, Liverpool, Nice and Genoa.

Meanwhile, Enoch has steadily built his own career while largely staying away from the spotlight that has followed his famous brother.
