Okatakyie Afrifa defies physical challenges to graduate at GIMPA

A video of media personality, Okatakyie Afrifa-Mensah, has surfaced showing him attending his graduation ceremony at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

The over two‑minute video, shared by SIKA OFFICIAL on X on July 24, 2026, captures Afrifa being assisted by colleagues as he prepared for the ceremony.

He is seen wearing a neck brace and standing stiffly while his graduation robe is put on.

Visibly in pain, Afrifa is later shown limping with the aid of a walking stick as he made his way to the graduation grounds.

The footage has attracted more than 100 reactions on social media, with many questioning whether he was indeed enduring severe discomfort.

While some sympathised with him, others applauded his determination to attend despite his condition, suggesting he could have postponed the ceremony until he recovered.
