A pregnant woman, a child and several others are reportedly dead following a tragic accident at Bukom Junction in the Ga Mashie community.
According to a report by citinewsroom.com citing eyewitness accounts, the accident occurred on Monday, July 27, 2026.
The report stated that a vehicle reportedly rammed into a group of pedestrians at Bukom Junction, killing at least three people on the spot.
An eyewitness told Citi News that the driver allegedly suffered a brake failure, causing the ghastly accident.

Although the exact number of casualties has not yet been confirmed, eyewitnesses said that more than three people are believed to have died, including a pregnant woman and a child.
Emergency responders, including personnel from the Ghana Police Service and the National Ambulance Service, were at the scene to attend to the injured and transported victims to nearby health facilities for treatment.
