Prophet Roja has warned the woman that if the husband does not confess he would die
Controversial Ghanaian prophet Roja has made headlines after a viral video emerged in which he allegedly prophesied the death of a police inspector over his role in the wrongful conviction of an innocent man.
In the video, the prophet is seen cautioning a woman in church who had reportedly sought divine intervention for the recovery of her sick husband.
According to the founder of Roja City International Church, the woman’s husband, identified as Police Inspector Albert Kwesi Asong Adade, together with a colleague in the Criminal Investigations Department (CID), allegedly framed an innocent man, resulting in the man being sentenced to 45 years in prison.
Prophet Roja claimed that the wife of the incarcerated man had invoked curses against the police inspector, which he said was responsible for his illness.
Addressing the woman during a church service, the prophet reportedly warned that her husband would die unless he came forward to confess and acknowledge that the incarcerated man was innocent.
“Your husband is a police inspector who, with a CID officer, took GH¢900,000 to falsely accuse an innocent man of murder, leading to his 45-year prison sentence. His illness is a result of a curse from the man’s wife, and he will die if he does not confess,” Prophet Roja told the woman.

He further warned that if the inspector failed to speak the truth, the consequences could extend to other members of the family.
