The Korea Maritime Institute, in partnership with the Ghana Fisheries Commission, is seeking bids for Facility Repair Works and Phase 2 Supply and Installation of Equipment and Materials for the 2026 Ghanaian Women's Fish Processing and Distribution Capacity Building Project near the Tema Fishing Harbour.
This initiative aims to enhance fish processing, hygiene, and storage facilities for women in the fishery sector of Ghana.
Bidding will be conducted through an open competition tender, with technical services awarded by negotiation. Eligible companies must meet the qualifications outlined in the bid documents, which are available upon request;
Scope of Wok: Construction and Renovation of fish processing facilities, including repair works on the site, procurement and installation of equipment and materials;
Duration: Contract commencement to December 31, 2026
Budget: KRW 510,000,000 (Five Hundred Ten Million Korean Won), inclusive of VAT and all other costs
Eligibility: Companies with construction/ architectural licenses (Korean or equivalent Ghanaian qualifications) capable of performing construction /supervision of goods and services in Ghana.
Proposals must be submitted by 4am GMT(13pm KST) on September 28, 2026, by registered mail. Late submissions or those presented in person will not be accepted.
