Former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has joined mourners at the funeral grounds for the final funeral rites of the late Alice Serwaa Manu.

The former President arrived at the funeral grounds on Saturday, September 12, 2026, accompanied by his wife, Rebecca Akufo-Addo.

A video shared on social media captured the couple arriving at the venue, where family members, friends and sympathisers had gathered to pay their final respects to the deceased.

Nana Akufo-Addo was seen interacting with mourners as he joined the gathering to honour the late Alice Serwaa Manu.

The presence of the former President and his wife added to the number of dignitaries and well-wishers who attended the funeral to sympathise with the bereaved family.
