Dr Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings is representing Ghana at the conference in Austria
Minister for Environment, Science and Technology and Member of Parliament for Korle Klottey, Dr Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings, has led Ghana’s delegation to the 70th General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna, Austria.
Dr Agyeman-Rawlings is representing Ghana at the conference, where the country is seeking to advance its interests and strengthen international cooperation in the peaceful application of nuclear science and technology.
In a post on Facebook on September 14, 2026, she said Ghana’s Ambassador to Austria, Matilda Alomatu Osei-Agyeman, hosted her to dinner at her residence in Vienna.
The gathering brought together members of Ghana’s delegation, including Deputy Minister for Energy and Green Transition Richard Gyan-Mensah and Director-General of the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission (GAEC), Professor Samuel Boakye Dampare.
Dr Agyeman-Rawlings said the dinner provided an opportunity for fellowship and engagement among members of the delegation.
She expressed appreciation to the ambassador for the warm hospitality and reception.
