Klo-Agogo SHS accounts clerk arrested for allegedly defiling a 15-year-old girl

An Accounts Clerk at Klo-Agogo Senior High School in the Yilo Krobo Municipality, 41-year-old Saviour Attor, has been detained by the police for allegedly defiling a 15-year-old female Junior High School student.

The case was reported to the Obawale Police on September 15, 2026, by the victim’s grandfather, with assistance from the Assembly Member for the area, according to a 3news.com report.

Following the report, the grandfather, the Assembly Member and police officers proceeded to the suspect’s residence, where he was arrested.

Attor was subsequently handed over to the Domestic Violence and Victim Support Unit (DOVVSU) for further investigation.

According to the police, the victim alleged in her statement that the suspect sent her to buy a sachet of water before forcibly having unprotected sexual intercourse with her at his residence.

The victim was subsequently referred for medical examination, with the findings forming part of the ongoing investigation.

Police said the suspect, in his cautioned statement, admitted to having sexual intercourse with the victim at his residence.

Attor remains in police custody as investigations continue.
