Lakeeta Vaccaro Hill, estranged wife of NFL star Tyreek Hill, has recounted alleged physical assaults during their marriage, including an attempt to punch her pregnant stomach, as she testified in a civil trial in Miami.

Vaccaro told the court that Hill attempted to strike her stomach in July 2024 while she was pregnant with their child, describing the incident as one of the worst episodes of alleged abuse.

“The first time he struck at my stomach and punched it, and I saved myself,” she said tearfully, adding that Hill told her, “I don’t want the baby.”

She further alleged that he grabbed her hair, ripped it out and threw her belongings during the confrontation.

“He grabbed my hair, ripped it out, throwing all my things. And obviously I was vulnerable; I was pregnant,” she told the court.

Vaccaro also described arguments over a postnuptial agreement that she said turned physical when she did not give Hill the answers he wanted.

“I didn’t say exactly what he wanted to hear, and he ends up putting his hands on me, trying to grab my ring, grab my necklace off and pushing me to the bed and putting his hands around my neck,” she testified.

During cross-examination, Hill’s lawyers challenged her account, highlighting photographs that showed no visible injuries after some reported incidents. Vaccaro responded: “I look beat down,” arguing that the photographs did not reflect what she said had happened.

She also questioned the response of authorities and medical professionals, saying, "They want to make sure they’re protecting Tyreek.”

The court also heard details from nanny-camera footage of a confrontation in which Vaccaro could be heard screaming, “Stop! Stop! Help! Help!” while Hill allegedly shouted profanities.

Hill has denied abusing his estranged wife. Testifying on Thursday, October 8, 2026, he said he walked away from arguments rather than becoming physical, insisting there were “two sides of the story.”

The civil trial is ongoing, with jurors tasked with assessing the evidence and determining liability.
