Danny Angels is the Chief Executive Officer of Royal Kingdom Estate
Ghanaian real estate entrepreneur Danny Angels has described property investment as one of the most accessible pathways to wealth creation, urging professionals, particularly medical practitioners, to consider building wealth through real estate.
Angels made the remarks while announcing his return to the United Kingdom to attend the annual conference of the Ghanaian Doctors and Dentists Association (GDDA-UK), where he is expected to deliver a keynote address on building wealth through real estate.
According to the Chief Executive Officer of Royal Kingdom Estate, investing in property does not require the professional qualifications associated with careers such as medicine and dentistry.
“Real estate has produced more millionaires than any other profession because you don’t need any professional certification to invest in it,” he said.

He believes this opportunity should encourage professionals to look beyond their primary occupations and explore investment avenues that can provide long-term financial security.
Angels also highlighted his ambition to connect Ghanaians living abroad with investment opportunities in the country’s property market.
“As a Ghanaian born and raised in Ghana, I am excited to bring this opportunity to the global diaspora to invest back home in an asset-based portfolio and build wealth through real estate,” he stated.
He added that promoting investment in the sector goes beyond individual financial gains, emphasising the importance of empowering the local economy.
His participation in the conference forms part of broader efforts to promote property investment among professionals and members of the Ghanaian diaspora.
