Pastor Kelvin Elson Godson (second from R) is accusing the MP (R) of duping him
A Ghanaian pastor, Pastor Kelvin Elson Godson, popularly known as Pastor Kelvin Kwesi Kobiri, has appealed to President John Dramani Mahama, the Speaker of Parliament, the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) and other state authorities to intervene in an alleged property fraud case involving the Member of Parliament for Akwatia, Bernard Bediako Baidoo.
The founder and General Overseer of Zoe Outreach Embassy Church made the appeal while accusing the legislator, his brother, Augustine Ampofo Bediako and a lawyer identified as Musa Suleiman of allegedly conspiring to take over and sell properties belonging to Air Real Estate Company Limited.
Describing the alleged incident as “thievery of the highest order”, Pastor Kelvin maintained that the individuals involved had allegedly coordinated their activities to deprive the company of its properties through what he believes were fraudulent court proceedings.
Speaking in a video, the pastor alleged that the case had already been brought before the court as a civil matter seeking to set aside a judgment he believes was obtained through a fraudulent writ.
He explained that the legal action was intended to challenge the circumstances surrounding the original court proceedings and provide evidence to establish his allegations.
“The case is already in court as a civil case to set aside that fraudulent court writ that he did, and therefore set aside the judgment,” he said.
Pastor Kelvin further alleged that the police had completed their investigations into the matter and expressed concern about what he described as interference that prevented the process from progressing as expected.

According to him, the individuals involved could have faced further legal action after August 13, but he alleged that the Akwatia MP intervened to prevent that from happening.
In an emotional appeal, Pastor Kelvin called on President Mahama, the Vice-President, the Speaker of Parliament, the Chief Justice, the Attorney-General, the IGP and the Director of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) to help him obtain justice.
“Mr President, Vice President, Honourable Speaker of Parliament, Chief Justice, Attorney-General, IGP, Director of CID, humble me that as a young man in this economy who is doing everything possible to thrive, please help me have justice, justice, justice,” he appealed.
He insisted that the alleged loss of properties was the result of a coordinated scheme involving the MP, his brother and other individuals.
Background to the alleged Air Real Estate property dispute
The latest appeal follows earlier allegations made by Pastor Kelvin against Bernard Bediako Baidoo over the alleged sale of properties and lands belonging to Air Real Estate Company Limited.
The pastor previously accused the legislator of masterminding a scheme involving the use of questionable documents and a purported business transaction to obtain a court judgment that subsequently facilitated the sale of the company's properties.
According to Pastor Kelvin, the alleged scheme involved the use of the identity of Augustine Ampofo Bediakon, whom he claimed had no legitimate business transaction with Air Real Estate Company Limited.
He further claimed that investigations and financial records from Access Bank did not establish any payment into accounts associated with the company by the individual in question.
Pastor Kelvin also alleged that 14 properties had already been sold, while an additional parcel of approximately 8.2 acres of undeveloped land remained part of the wider dispute.
He questioned how a court judgment could have been obtained based on a transaction he insists never existed.
Akwatia MP previously denies allegations
Bernard Bediako Baidoo has previously rejected the allegations levelled against him by the pastor.
In a response reported by APMediaGH on August 17, 2026, the MP denied orchestrating any fraudulent scheme involving the properties of Air Real Estate Company Limited.
He maintained that although he worked at the law firm involved in the matter, he was not the lawyer on record representing Augustine Ampofo Bediako in the case.
The MP challenged the pastor to produce documents establishing that he was the lawyer responsible for the court proceedings.
He also insisted that the allegations against him were untrue.
